Download the ETDOOR App, follow the in-app setup wizard to pair your opener with your home Wi-Fi network. Ensure your phone and the opener are within range during the process.

The E1 error typically indicates a safety sensor alignment issue. Check that both sensors are properly aligned and clean. If the problem persists, refer to the troubleshooting guide or contact support.

E2 usually indicates a motor overload. Allow the unit to cool down, check for obstructions in the door track, and retry. If the error recurs, contact our technical support team.

This may be caused by incorrect travel limit settings or an obstruction detected by the safety sensor. Re-calibrate the travel limits via the control board or app.

Use the ETDOOR App, available on both iOS and Android. The app supports remote control, auto-close timer, status monitoring and multi-device management.

This is usually caused by a disengaged manual release or a worn drive gear. Re-engage the trolley and inspect the belt or chain for damage.

Error codes 1 or 2 on Servox units relate to limit switch or encoder faults. Re-run the auto-calibration procedure and verify encoder wiring.

The "S-Chain Wait" error indicates the safety chain loop is not closed. Check that all safety devices (photocells, edge sensors) are connected and functioning.

Automatic UP/CLOSE mode can be enabled through the control board DIP switches or via the ETDOOR App settings. Refer to your model's user manual for step-by-step instructions.

B1 on the GET-T indicates a brake release fault. Verify the brake solenoid wiring and check for mechanical blockage in the brake assembly.
